Are these physical kits?
No. Every product is a digital PDF download. No physical chart, fabric, thread or finished item will be posted.
When will I receive my pattern?
Your download is made available electronically after payment is confirmed. Use the download option after checkout and keep the email containing your download link.
What type of patterns do you sell?
All Sunflower Stitches designs are full-coverage counted cross-stitch patterns using whole stitches only.
Are the product photographs finished stitched pieces?
No. The main product images are digital mock-ups showing how the finished design may look.
Can I print the PDF?

Can I return or exchange a download?
